Appointment Scheduling
All treatments at Q Wellness Clinic are available by appointment only. This allows our therapists to give each patient the proper time and attention they deserve.

If you have questions about a treatment or need help choosing a service our team will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is missed or cancelled late, it prevents another patient from receiving care.
We kindly request that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the session cost.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time. This helps us stay on schedule for all patients.
Unfortunately, we are unable to extend appointments due to other scheduled bookings.
First Appointment
For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early. This allows enough time to complete health information forms and discuss your concerns with your therapist.
During the consultation, your therapist will review:
- Your health history
- Current symptoms or concerns
- Treatment goals
This helps us create a treatment plan that is safe and effective for you.
Insurance Coverage
Many massage therapy and rehabilitation services may be covered under extended health insurance plans.
Our clinic offers:
- Direct billing to many insurance providers (when available)
- Official receipts for reimbursement if direct billing is not supported

Health & Illness Policy
Your health and the well-being of other patients and staff are very important to us.
If you are experiencing symptoms such as:
- Fever
- Cold or flu
- Persistent cough
- Any contagious illness
We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps maintain a healthy clinic environment for everyone.
Please also inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or recent surgeries before treatment.

After Your Appointment
